The Great Pumpkin

As mentioned, we won a giant pumpkin yesterday. We are talking 65lbs. This afternoon we undertook the task of carving it into a jack-o-lantern. Just to give you an idea of the size, here is my son sitting on it



I worked to dig out about 20 pounds worth of "guts". It was a sticky, icky mess.



Here is the end result. With a pumpkin that big I decided to go for the traditional jack-o-lantern triangle face.
